Michelle: My kids are the inspiration to this blog. I've watched my daughter grow into such a beautiful young woman. I see her as an example that living in the moment is the key to a happy, content, and peaceful life. My strong son is my inspiration to NEVER give up. I have watched him go through struggles in life over the past two years that I don't think many people have to go through and he has come out on top! He is my example that no matter what I can get through the obstacles, both monstrous and small. The purpose of this blog is to improve my life - begin life today! It will be my vehicle for tracking the ups and down in my life. My goal is to improve my mind, body, and soul. This blog is my accountability. Hopefully along the way those of you who read it may find some motivation, as well.
