Found this today as I was doing my reading. As simple as it is, I think sometimes I forget all of the things that go into a healthy mind, BODY, and soul.
My goal is to get to the gym on Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Every night I will do a 15 min. workout with abs or the core or both. Then incorporate a 15 min. meditation. I thought it might be good to find a few things to do at night for exercise. While I was cleaning I found my old exercise ball. So a surfin' I went. I found a great website with a 16 min. workout! Here is the link! Perfect!
